Tepache is a fermented product popular in Mexico made using whole pineapples and piloncillo (a special unrefined cane sugar). We make it in house with a secret spice mix before blending with green jalapeño, cinnamon, star anise, fresh lime juice, along with some other tasty aromatics. It is weird and wonderful - funky, tart, fruity, with a nice warmth from the chilli peppers used.
This is one of our more labour intensive sauces but oh my it is worth it!

Suitable for vegans, however note this product is batched in a unit that handles - soy, cereals(gluten), sulphites, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, celery, sesame
