Lou's Brews x Arrow Video: Cursed Condiments

We've teamed up with Arrow Video to bring you 'Cursed Condiments'; a Japanese inspired sauce in celebration of their J-Horror Blu-Ray box set release.

A blend of wasabi, fermented jalapeño, ginger, and lime juice (among a heap more carefully chosen ingredients) brings a medium heat and packs a huge punch of flavour. It may just be one of my personal favourites we've ever made!

Suitable for vegans, however, note this product is batched in a kitchen that handles - SOY, CEREALS (GLUTEN), SULPHITES, EGG, MILK, MUSTARD, NUTS, PEANUTS, CELERY, SESAME.

Ingredients: Fermented chilli mix (green jalapeño, green habanero, acetic acid, salt), Garlic, Onion, Malt vinegar (BARLEY, SULPHITES), Distilled vinegar (SULPHITES), Green bell pepper, Apple juice, Spring onion, Lime juice, Wasabi powder (Horseradish, Wasabi Japonica 20%), MUSTARD, Spirulina powder, Sugar, Ginger, Rapeseed oil, Soy sauce (SOY, WHEAT), Spinach, MUSTARD, Sichuan peppercorn, Parsley, Chives, Coriander seed, Monosodium glutamate, Xanthan gum.
