This ain't your regular shop bought sriracha. We fermented a tasty vat of fresh red jalapeño with garlic and gave it some alone time for well over TWO YEARS.
The aging process has created an umami rich, tangy, and complex sauce that is both delicious af and insanely versatile. The perfect table sauce that is meant to be poured on everything.
For obvious reasons this is a limited run and is bound to get snapped up quickly (If I don't use it all myself!)

Size: 150ml squeezy
Ingredients: Fermented Red Jalapeño, Fermented Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Pink Salt, Brown Sugar, Xanthan Gum.
Suitable for vegans, however please note that this product is batched in a kitchen that may use other allergens.
